Our first destination – The picturesque Macari Vineyards! 

Here, you’ll embark on an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of our winemaker's cellar and bottling line, offering a rare glimpse into the meticulous craft behind every bottle. 

As you wander across the scenic property, a charming table awaits you, nestled between the verdant vines. 

This is where the magic unfolds with our curated “In Between the Vines” lunch, featuring a tasting menu that showcases the region’s finest flavors.

As we wrap up the afternoon, indulge your sweet tooth in our Private Tasting Suite with a decadent Strawberry Shortcake from The Treatery, a beloved local gem. This delightful dessert pays homage to the region’s peak strawberry season and is the cherry on top of your first day.

Later, we’ll transport you to The Shoals Suites & Slips, where you’ll be greeted with a refreshing glass of local RBRH sparkling wine upon check-in. Unwind in your king room—complete with a king-size bed, kitchenette, living space, spacious bathroom and outdoor terrace—before the evening festivities commence.

As sunset approaches, gather ‘round for a fireside Caviar 101 session led by Altima Caviar co-owner, Alayna Steinman. Bubbles will flow freely as you savor a casual dockside dinner featuring oysters, succulent peel-and-eat shrimp, BBQ skewers, and seasonal delights.
