Toast to Champagne EPC’s first year in the US our official Lucky 13 VIP Opening Party.
This coveted, annual POP OFF to our annual multi-day effervescent event is pure champagne chic with doses of magical moments.
Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed at the Meunier Magic Bar with bubbly pours of EPC’s flagship Brut. Throughout the Soirée, attendees will relish tasting the Champagne EPC range, from silky Blanc de Blancs to gastronomically friendly rosé and an expressive Blanc de Noirs—all paired with circulating petite, playful bites crafted to highlight each cuvée.
Throughout the evening, attendees will meet and toast with the New York Champagne Week and EPC teams while enjoying whimsical interactive moments such as visits to the tarot table, spinning the wheel of fortune and posing with photo-worthy props.
Plus! All attendees will delight in Lucky 13 take-home swag, including mini bottles of Champagne EPC and Stölzle Lausitz New York Champagne Week branded glassware as a memorable keepsake.
About Champagne EPC
Founded in 2019 by Édouard Roy, Jérôme Queige, and Camille Jullien Gilardi, Champagne EPC creates 100% traceable, low-intervention cuvées co‑crafted with local growers. With low dosage (under 5g) and minimal sulfites, their precise, food-friendly champagnes offer a modern expression built for contemporary tables and curious palates.

Step into a gilded, geometric dream where Dalí’s theatrical whimsy meets Jazz Age glamour.
Begin with an effervescent welcome toast in Caffè Tusk, then glide into Brass for a multi-course sensorial feast.. Plates become performance: unexpected textures, decadent details and visual illusions that pop like sequins under a spotlight. Each course is paired with a curated selection of Valentin Leflaive champagnes, elevating the evening into haute culinary-cabaret — equal parts art, theater, and bubbles.
This intimate, themed dinner is a perennial favorite of New York Champagne Week — a new concept each year. Past dinner themes include: Pig & Swig; The Art of Decadence; Fried Chicken & Champagne Bash; and Sparkling Steak Out. Les Dîners de Bulles is this year’s inventive, opulent chapter.
About Champagne Valentin Leflaive:
A boutique Champagne house located in Oger, founded by the renowned Burgundian wine family behind Maison Olivier Leflaive in Puligny-Montrachet. Launched as an ambitious project in 2015, the house applies a traditional Burgundian plot-by-plot (aka lieu-dit) approach to the terroir of Champagne.

Enter an intimate Art Deco salon transformed into a late‑night champagne lounge: low amber lighting, plush seating, and the sparkle of magnum pours by Champagne Pol Roger—an iconic, long‑loved house of vintage cuvées favored by the British royals.
Champagne Martinis will circulate alongside passed luxe canapés: caviar-topped blinis, smoked oyster spoons, foie gras bites, and more—each bite designed to heighten the champagne’s texture and lengthen the moment.
The soundtrack is sexy, minimal, and timeless— Lola Vista croons a set of torchy standards and sultry lounge arrangements over a bed of slow, seductive beats, lifting the night into a smoky, secret-club reverie.
Think 1990s/early‑2000s secret lounges revived—private, sultry, and unapologetically decadent.
About Champagne Pol Roger:
Pol Roger is a famous, family-owned champagne house founded in 1849 and based in Épernay, France. Run by the same family for six generations. Sir Winston Churchill loved this champagne so much he drank a bottle daily. The house later honored him with the prestigious Cuvée Sir Winston Churchill. Pol Roger also served as an official purveyor of champagne to the British Royal family.

About La Caravelle Champagne:
La Caravelle is a proprietary brand of French champagne created by Rita and André Jammet, the former owners of the legendary New York City French fine-dining restaurant La Caravelle.
The original La Caravelle restaurant operated in NYC from 1960 to 2004 as a famous temple of haute cuisine. The Jammets first introduced their own private-label champagne at the restaurant in 1997. After the restaurant closed in 2004, loyal patrons continued asking for the wine, prompting Rita Jammet to bring the champagne to select retail shops and restaurants.
