NYCW, we, us, our: New York Champagne Week, including its affiliates, partners, venues, and representatives.
Client, you, attendee: Any individual or entity booking, purchasing, registering, or participating in NYCW events.
Event: Any NYCW-hosted or partnered experience, including but not limited to pairing dinners, multi-sensory tastings, private activations, Women’s Month events, year-round programming in NYC, LA, Miami, the Hamptons, and other markets.

Bookings require full payment or a non‑refundable deposit as specified at checkout.
Prices are in USD, exclusive of taxes, fees, or gratuities unless noted.
Payment confirms your reservation and acceptance of these terms.

All sales are final. NYCW does not provide cash refunds under any circumstances, including client cancellations, no‑shows, or changes in plans.
Client‑Initiated Changes: NYCW may charge fees for modifications per booking terms.
NYCW Cancellations: If NYCW cancels an Event due to Force Majeure (Section 4), unforeseen circumstances (e.g., erratic weather, economic disruptions, venue issues), or at NYCW’s discretion, we will issue a credit equal to the amount paid: Applicable to future NYCW Events or services.
Valid for 12 months from issuance date.
Non‑transferable unless NYCW approves in writing.
Partial Events (e.g., reduced format) may receive proportional credit at NYCW’s discretion.

NYCW is not liable for non‑performance or delays due to events beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Events”), including:
Acts of God (storms, floods, extreme weather).Government actions, restrictions, or closures (e.g., health mandates, permits).
Economic disruptions, supply chain issues, labor strikes.
Venue unavailability, power failures, pandemics, civil unrest, terrorism.
In such cases:
NYCW will notify you promptly.
Options: reschedule, alternative format, or credit (per Section 3).
NYCW recommends travel/event insurance for third‑party costs.

NYCW may alter schedules, venues, formats, menus, partners, or cancel without liability. Notice provided where possible.
Private/invite‑only Events (e.g., corporate, members‑only) follow custom terms.

Comply with venue rules, laws, and NYCW instructions.
Legal drinking age (21+) required; valid ID mandatory. No alcohol service if impaired.
NYCW may deny entry/remove disruptive attendees—no refunds.

NYCW liability limited to amount paid for the specific Event.
No responsibility for third‑party vendors, travel, health issues, or property loss.
You indemnify NYCW against claims from your actions.

Events may be photographed/videoed for promotion. Attendance grants NYCW usage rights (opt‑out on‑site).
